Geflipt is a typical Amsterdam café/restaurant, specialized in the best burgers. At Geflipt you will eat the tastiest burgers and enjoy a delicious (local) beer, cocktail or wine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our chefs make fresh toppings and sauces every day, which give our burgers the yummy Geflipt taste. In addition, we work as much as possible with local suppliers who deliver their fresh products to us daily. This guarantees the quality and taste of our burgers. Enjoy!

Quality is the starting point at Geflipt, in our view it goes hand in hand with taste. At Geflipt we are rarely strict, except when it comes to quality of our food and service! This applies to our own chefs and waiters, but certainly also to our suppliers, who are all subject to a strict selection process ... and have passed with flying colors!

This way we can guarantee the best quality and taste for our burgers!

Naturally, our burgers and beers are not all we have to offer you. We created a relaxed living room atmosphere where you can share a large table or have a private one and enjoy your evening with a friend, a date or your entire group of friends for a fun night out.

At Geflipt we make as much as possible in-house and with the freshest ingredients. Every morning compotes, chutneys and sauces are made that give all our burgers their own taste. The Vega burger and salads are also completely homemade.

And what we cannot make ourselves, we leave to experts who work according to the same craftmanship as Geflipt. We work with a traditional Amsterdam bakery for the special Geflipt brioche buns, with Bocca for our coffee and with some Amsterdam micro breweries for the specialty beers. 

Apart from quality, we also select our suppliers on their location, because it is best for us all and for our planet if we do not use unnecessary freight traffic to get your burger on the table.

Therefore our meat comes from the Lindenhoff, a small farm just outside of Amsterdam, where the cows can graze freely. The special burger buns are baked daily by an Amsterdam bakery. Most of our beers come from local breweries, such as Brouwerij' t IJ. Our coffee comes from the Amsterdam coffee roasters Bocca and our fresh tea from Senza Tea.
